 		Docs: split wall of install commands, fix downloading OTP bundle 
Bundle could not be downloaded, because sudo does not cope with the
previous syntax that double quoted the whole command, and the download
link was single quoted.

cosmetic changes.

This reverts commit 4fe567064a, reversing
