Elixir 1.19: Add note to deprecation warnings test

The Logger does not get reconfigured when running in the test env,
the added and on_exit removed settings below should have no effect
besides triggering the deprecation warnings. To make breakage even less
possible, async is turned off for these tests.

TransferTask test does almost the same with the Application env.
